This policy explains the processing of personal data on the G-Town Flava website. The separate MC Conrat website and external platforms provide their own privacy information.
2. Hosting and technical access data
The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, proprietor René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany.
When you visit, the server processes your IP address to deliver the requested content. Technical access data may include the date and time, requested URL or file, HTTP status code, transferred data volume, browser identifier and referring page, where provided by your browser.
The purposes are reliable delivery, troubleshooting and website security. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of this website. Providing the technical connection data is necessary for the server to deliver the website.
IP truncation is enabled for the access logs we configure. The host’s interface illustrates IPv4 truncation as 11.22.33.44 → 11.22.0.0. These access logs are deleted after 14 days. This period concerns the configured access logs, not every operational or security record maintained by the hosting provider.
3. Website statistics
We use the host’s Webalizer analysis of server access logs to understand the reach of this website, requested content, traffic volume and approximate geographical origin. This analysis does not require an analytics script on your device or analytics cookies. Reports are accessible in a password-protected directory.
Visit counts are estimates and may include automated traffic. Geographical classifications do not establish your nationality or place of residence. IP truncation can affect accuracy.
Where personal data is processed, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is proportionate analysis to improve the website and its creative content. You may object as explained below.
The report overview displays twelve months. This does not establish that every generated report file is automatically deleted after twelve months. The automatic deletion period for generated reports has not yet been conclusively confirmed. The 14-day deletion period stated above applies to the underlying access logs, not automatically to generated reports.
4. Website content, cookies and external links
The coming-soon page loads its logo, illustrations and stylesheet from this website’s host. It uses system fonts and does not fetch fonts from Google Fonts. The coming-soon page itself does not set cookies or use Local Storage. It does not embed YouTube videos, social feeds, advertising pixels or third-party streaming players.
Links to YouTube and the separate MC Conrat website take you to those services when you select them. Their operators then process data in accordance with their own privacy information. These links are not embedded players or social-media widgets.
The public coming-soon and legal information pages do not provide comment forms. Antispam Bee is installed as a WordPress comment-spam filter; viewing the coming-soon page does not submit a comment for spam analysis. Akismet is inactive.
WordPress uses technically necessary cookies on the login page and for authenticated administration, including a cookie-acceptance test and authentication/session cookies. Depending on the cookie and login choice, these expire at the end of the session or after a limited login period. They enable secure access to the administration area; they are not advertising or analytics cookies. The legal basis for the associated personal-data processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on our legitimate interest in secure website administration. Ordinary visitors do not need to log in to view the public information.
5. Email contact
If you contact us by email, we process your email address, message, attachments and any other information you choose to provide to respond to your enquiry. Our hosting or email service provider may process this information on our behalf.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for general enquiries, based on our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies where the processing is necessary for a contract or pre-contractual steps requested by you.
Messages are deleted when the enquiry has been resolved and continued retention is no longer necessary, unless legal retention obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims require a longer period. Contact is voluntary. Without the information needed to handle your enquiry, we may be unable to respond.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable legal conditions, you have the right to access your personal data, request rectification or erasure, restrict processing and receive portable data where the right to data portability applies. If processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

Right to object
You may object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We will stop the processing unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing is needed for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Complaints
You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, particularly in the EU Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or the alleged infringement. The authority responsible for the operator is the North Rhine-Westphalia Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
We do not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on visitors.
7. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when relevant functions, services or processing practices change. The date at the beginning indicates the latest revision.
